Privacy

This page is a placeholder. Our full privacy policy is being finalised and will be posted here before the app launches in the App Store and Google Play.

The short version

Ollie's Learning Adventure has no ads, no accounts and no tracking. Your child's progress, including the name they type in, is saved in the browser on your own device.

Playing with friends

Online play is off until a grown-up turns it on. Friends link up with picture codes, and only ready-made stickers, challenges and replies can be sent. There is no chat. Friend rooms are deleted automatically after a week without play.

Microphone

Read-aloud listening is optional and off by default. The app never records or stores audio. When a parent switches it on, the browser's own speech recognition is used, which may be processed by the browser maker.
